What personal data we collect and why we collect it –

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

ORDER POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS MAY BE SUBJECT TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES

Once you have placed an order on our site you will receive a confirmation email.  To cancel an order please email us at support@xicanosb.com immediately.  Once you have received a tracking number your order will be unable to be cancelled as it has been picked and shipped.

Once an order has been picked and packed we are unable to switch items or sizes.  So be sure to order the correct sizes, colors, and entered your correct mailing address and email.

Please allow 1-3 business days (excluding Holidays) for your order to be shipped.  Once it has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Our shipping hours are from 9am-5pm PST Mon-Fri.  All orders are shipped from our East Bay, CA warehouse.

ORDER TRACKING

Tracking information for your order will be emailed to you the day your order is shipped. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost or stolen if they tracked as delivered by the shipping service you choose. All orders over $100 will be shipped with signature required.

SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Based upon product availability, orders will usually be shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt of your order unless it is a pre order or special request order. All orders are shipped via Fed Ex, or USPS. All shipments for 2 day and Next day delivery will be shipped FedEx. Weekends and holidays do not count as we are closed. All shipping and deliveries are done on business days.

Our normal Fed Ex and UPS shipping time is 5 days to the east coast and next day or 2nd day in California. You can call 1-800-463-3339 or check FedEx.com to check on shipping time for your area. We ship from Richmond, CA, 94805.

We do not process or ship orders from the warehouse on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

US PO Boxes are now accepted as a domestic ship to address only and will be shipped by USPS. 

International PO Boxes are not accepted as a ship to.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping fees can be a real hassle for us all so please carefully read our policy prior to making a purchase. 

We currently offer free shipping on all domestic orders inside the pinche United States (Alaska and Hawaii excluded). International shipping and handling fees are non refundable (Exceptions may apply). The total shipping cost for free shipping orders will be withheld should the order be returned. 

Refunds from international returns will not include shipping costs. There is also no re-shipping. Items undeliverable by couriers will be refunded, upon return to our facility and re-added to stock so please carefully enter your shipping information and double check the items in your order before final checkout as this will help lower shipping errors. Also keep track of your package with the provided tracking number. If an email with order confirmation accompanied by a tracking number is not received within 48 hours from purchase please contact our customer service.

ORDERS FROM HAWAII AND ALASKA

While we do  ship the above locations, please be aware of the following:

  • Your order will be shipped via APC Shipping or USPS.
  • No free shipping for any orders, regardless of amount.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

  • All international orders will be shipped APC Shipping or Fed Ex International unless otherwise requested.
  • All packages will have tracking information available.
  • All duties/customs and taxes are the responsibility of the recipientWe do not cover these additional charges by your customs dept. If you choose APC Shipping when you check out it will allow you to pay duties and fees upfront so you will have no charges when your box is delivered.
  • Some delays in shipping may be expected. Orders may take up to 2 weeks for delivery.
  • Recipient is responsible for all customs and duty charges.
  • We do not allow exchanges from overseas customers but we do accept returns for refunds (minus shipping fee).

RETURNS

CONTACT US TO START A RETURN 

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the shipped date. Items must be new and not worn. If you wear a item and return it we will simply ship it back to you. All items are inspected upon return. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Due to safety reasons face masks and bandanas cannot be returned.
